I’ve recently been experiencing some new symptoms that I’ve never had before. My legs are achy and it’s harder for me to make my bed, pick something up off the floor and even get up from a chair. Luckily it’s not pain but it’s also not enjoyable. I feel like an older person who is really feeling the changes in their body as they get older. And while yes, we’re all getting older (whether we like it or not), this doesn’t feel like something “normal” for someone in their mid 30’s.
