Mental Health Awareness Month. Mental Health Awareness Month is a reminder to do what we so often forget to do. It’s a reminder to really focus on taking care of not just our physical well-being but also our mental well-being. Last week I took a little solo vacation. I was craving a beach getaway where I could read a book in-full, take social media and my email off my phone and relax. Relaxing was not something that happened for much of the pandemic. It was extremely refreshing and yet when I returned, I quickly jumped back into too much time on social media and refreshing my email so often.
